• Compile information on all garment components including fit, fabric, construction, stitch, and trim into fit comments documents.

• Accurately measure garments to identify any fit issues.

• Collaborate with vendors on fit construction and problem to solve current and/or potential fit issues to avoid any inconsistencies in fit.

• Leading and executing daily design and fit sessions on live model and taking the initiative of specific garments

• Execute fit comments in a timely manner to ensure fit process stays in line with production and action timelines.

• Provide call-outs and critiques during fittings to verify that all issues are identified.

• Take detailed notes at all product fittings and clearly communicate all fit components to vendorsistencies in garments

• Creating analysis, summary and presentation of the data and information collected through research

• Issue grading guidelines to vendors after fit approval to ensure quality is kept consistent for the entirety of the production phase

• Consistently coach junior team members about technical design and how to identify and correct fit issues which helped the junior team member’s goal of learning technical design/fitting skills.

• Manage in the hiring of fit models (small size and plus size) and provided a through evaluation of body structure and measurements to identify the size and fit consistency within brand and product categories.
